Finn ro Terms of Service

วัตถุประสงค์

Purpose

ข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขเหล่านี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อกำหนดสิทธิ และรายละเอียดขั้นพื้นฐานระหว่างสมาชิกและ Finn ROเกี่ยวกับการใช้บริการที่เกี่ยวข้อง (โดยรวมถึงบัญชีเว็บไซต์ Finn ro, เว็บไซต์ทางการ และอื่นๆ ซึ่งต่อไปนี้จะเรียกว่า "บริการ") ที่ให้บริการโดย Finn RO Finn ro และ Finn ROในเครือ รวมถึง Finn ROย่อย (ซึ่งต่อไปนี้จะเรียกว่า “Finn ro” หรือ “ Finn RO”)

1.These terms and conditions set out the basic rules pertaining to the relationship between the Finn ro Corp. and its affiliated and subsidiary companies (hereinafter “ Finn ro ” or the “ Finn RO”) and the Member use of the services provided (the services pertaining to the Finn ro account, official website services, and the like hereinafter referred to as “Service”).

Right to Revise Terms

Finn ROอาจแก้ไขเงื่อนไขการใช้บริการนี้ได้ โดยจะต้องไม่ขัดต่อกฎหมาย และข้อบังคับที่เกี่ยวข้อง

The  Finn RO may amend these Terms of Service to the extent that it does not violate the relevant laws and regulations.

2.หาก Finn ROประสงค์จะแก้ไขเงื่อนไขการใช้บริการนี้ Finn ROจะประกาศวันที่มีผลบังคับใช้ พร้อมทั้งรายละเอียดและเหตุผลของการแก้ไขเพิ่มเติม โดย Finn ROจะประกาศให้สมาชิกทราบล่วงหน้าไม่น้อยกว่า 7 วัน ก่อนที่เงื่อนไขการใช้บริการจะมีผลบังคับใช้ สมาชิกจะสามารถทราบรายละเอียดผ่านทางหน้าจอเริ่มต้นหรือหน้าจอการเชื่อมต่อเกม แต่ในกรณีการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเสียเปรียบ หรือเนื้อหาที่มีความสำคัญเป็นอย่างสูง Finn ROจะประกาศให้ทราบล่วงหน้าไม่น้อยกว่า 30 วัน ก่อนที่เงื่อนไขการใช้บริการจะมีผลบังคับใช้ โดยสำหรับสมาชิกเดิมนั้น Finn ROจะแจ้งให้ทราบเกี่ยวกับข้อตกลงที่ถูกเปลี่ยนแปลง, วันที่มีผลบังคับใช้ พร้อมทั้งรายละเอียดและเหตุผลของการแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมผ่านทางอีเมล แต่ในกรณีที่ Finn ROไม่สามารถติดต่อสมาชิกได้ จะมีการประกาศให้ทราบผ่านทางเว็บไซต์ทางการ

2.In the event that the Finn RO amends or revises the agreement, it must specify the date of revision and reasons for revision. A notice regarding the amendment must be made 7 days prior to the actual implementation of the amendment. Members that view the page will be directed to the previous revision until the new revision is applied. However, in the event that there is a large change, the Finn RO must notify its Members 30 days in advance and send an electronic mail to its Members outlining the reasons for amendment and the implementation date. Also, in the event the Member cannot be reached, there will be a notice posted on the website.

3.หาก Finn ROทำการแก้ไขเงื่อนไขการใช้บริการ หลังจากที่ได้แจ้งเงื่อนไขการใช้บริการที่แก้ไขแล้ว Finn ROจะทำการตรวจสอบว่าสมาชิกยอมรับในเงื่อนไขการใช้บริการที่เปลี่ยนแปลงหรือไม่ ในกรณีที่ Finn ROมีประกาศโดยชัดเจนแก่สมาชิกว่า หากสมาชิกไม่ได้ระบุความยินยอมหรือปฏิเสธ ให้ถือว่าสมาชิกได้ยอมรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงดังกล่าวแล้ว ถ้าสมาชิกยังไม่ได้ระบุความยินยอมหรือปฏิเสธจนถึงวันที่มีผลบังคับใช้ จะสามารถถือว่าสมาชิกได้ยอมรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงดังกล่าว

3.If the  Finn RO has amended the terms of service, the  Finn RO must check whether its Members have received and agreed to the revised Terms of Service. If a Member abstains from either accepting or rejecting the amended Terms of Service until the effective date, the  Finn RO will acknowledge that the Member agreed to the amended Terms of Service.

4.หากสมาชิกไม่เห็นด้วยกับการบังคับใช้เงื่อนไขการใช้บริการ Finn ROหรือสมาชิกรายนั้นจะสามารถยกเลิกสัญญาการใช้บริการได้

4.If a Member does not agree to the amended Terms of Service, the  Finn RO or Member may terminate the service agreement.

กฎข้อบังคับ

Ruling Rules

1. Finn ROอาจมีเงื่อนไขการใช้บริการและนโยบายการให้บริการอื่นๆ และหากเนื้อหามีความแตกต่างจากเงื่อนไขการใช้บริการนี้ จะยึดเอาเนื้อหาของนโยบายการให้บริการและเงื่อนไขการใช้บริการดังกล่าวเป็นอันดับแรก

1.The  Finn RO may have separate Terms and conditions and Operating Policies ('Operational Policies, etc.') for services, and if the contents differ from these terms and conditions, the separate Terms and conditions and Operational Policy etc. shall prevail.

2.กรณีใดๆ ที่ไม่ได้ระบุไว้อย่างชัดเจนในเงื่อนไขการใช้บริการนี้ จะถือว่าอยู่ภายใต้ข้อบังคับของกฎหมาย และระเบียบข้อบังคับที่เกี่ยวข้อง

2.Any matters not expressly stated in these terms and conditions shall be governed by the relevant laws and regulations.

Paid Contents and Cash Policy

1.รายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับทรัพย์สินและเนื้อหาที่มีค่าใช้จ่ายที่ Finn ROให้บริการ จะเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขการใช้บริการของแต่ละเกม

1.Detailed information regarding the Finn RO’s paid contents and cash services can be found in each of its respective game’s terms of service.

วิธีการสมัครใช้งาน

Registration Procedure

ผู้ที่ประสงค์จะใช้บริการเว็บไซต์ที่ Finn ROให้บริการ จะต้องยอมรับเงื่อนไขการใช้บริการ และทำการสมัครเพื่อใช้บริการ โดยการทำตามขั้นตอนที่ระบุไว้ในเว็บไซต์ทางการ

The person who intends to use the website service provided by the Finn RO shall follow the process provided on the official website.

2.หากทำการสมัครใช้บริการ สมาชิกจะต้องให้ข้อมูลทั้งหมดที่ Finn ROต้องการ

2.The Member shall provide all the information required by the Finn RO when applying for the service.

3.สมาชิกต้องระบุข้อมูลที่เป็นความจริงของตัวผู้สมัครเองในขณะที่ยื่นคำขอเพื่อใช้งาน ในกรณีที่ข้อมูลระบุตัวตนเป็นเท็จ หรือขโมยจากบุคคลอื่น สมาชิกนั้นจะไม่สามารถใช้สิทธิของสมาชิกตามเงื่อนไขการใช้บริการนี้ได้ และ Finn ROสามารถยกเลิก หรือยุติสัญญาการใช้งานได้

3.The Members shall enter their actual information when filling out the application form. In the event that the Member falsely records their identification information or steals another person's name, the Member shall not claim the Member's rights under this Agreement, and the Finn RO may cancel or terminate the service contract.

4.หากผู้ที่ยังไม่บรรลุนิติภาวะตามกฎหมายของประเทศที่ Finn ROให้บริการ ได้ดำเนินสมัครใช้บริการ ผู้นั้นจะต้องได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้แทนโดยชอบธรรม และต้องตรวจสอบรายละเอียดของเงื่อนไขการใช้บริการฉบับนี้ร่วมกัน โดยผู้แทนโดยชอบธรรมจะต้องตรวจสอบเนื้อหาอย่างถี่ถ้วน ซึ่งผู้แทนโดยชอบธรรมจะต้องรับผิดชอบในการใช้บริการของผู้ที่ยังไม่บรรลุนิติภาวะอย่างสิ้นเชิง

4.Minors by the law of each nation, who apply for registration to use the services are considered to have earned the consent of their legal representative. Minors must check the Terms of Service with their legal representative, and the legal representative must be well-informed of the Terms of Service. The legal representative is held fully responsible for the minor’s use of services.

5. Finn ROจะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายทั้งหมดที่เกิดขึ้น หากพบว่าสมาชิกที่เป็นผู้เยาว์ได้ใช้บริการโดยแอบอ้างว่าตนเองเป็นผู้บรรลุนิติภาวะ

5.The Finn RO will not be responsible for any disadvantages that occur when it is found out that a minor pretended to be an adult.

การอนุมัติและข้อจำกัดในการขอใช้งาน

Registration Agreement and Limitations

1.เมื่อสมาชิกยื่นคำขอเข้าใช้งานโดยระบุข้อมูลจริงตามที่ Finn ROร้องขอ Finn ROจะต้องอนุมัติการสมัครเข้าใช้งาน เว้นแต่จะมีเหตุอันสมควรอื่น

1.The Finn RO will approve the use of services of the Member as long as the information entered during the registration process are true.

2.คำขอดังต่อไปนี้ Finn ROอาจพิจารณาไม่ยอมรับ และสามารถยกเลิกการอนุมัติที่ได้เคยให้ไว้ได้

2.The Finn RO reserves the right to reject the Member’s use of Services, or revoke the use of Services if they were approved previously, if one of the following pertains to the Member.

2.1.เมื่อสมัครใช้บริการโดยละเมิด “วิธีการสมัครใช้งาน”

2.1.Violated a clause in the “Registration Procedure” article above

2.2.เมื่อสมัครใช้บริการเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์อื่น ซึ่งขัดต่อกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง

2.2.Registered with the purpose of violating actions restricted by relevant laws

2.3.เมื่อผู้ที่ไม่บรรลุนิติภาวะสมัครใช้บริการ โดยไม่ได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้แทนโดยชอบธรรม หรือไม่สามารถตรวจสอบได้ว่าได้รับการยินยอมหรือไม่

2.3.Children that registered without the approval of or were not approved by their legal representative

2.4.เมื่อใช้บริการในทางที่ผิด หรือเกิดอุปสรรคด้านช่องทางการชำระค่าบริการ

2.4.Inappropriate use of payment method or when payment method error occurs while using the Service

2.5. เมื่อผู้สมัครสมาชิก คือผู้ที่ถูกยกเลิกสัญญาการใช้บริการ ตามนโยบายการใช้บริการของแต่ละเกม

2.5.Members that are registering after being restricted for violating any of the terms of service for any of the games

2.6. เมื่อเป็นการยากที่จะอนุมัติการสมัครใช้บริการ เนื่องจากเหตุผลที่คล้ายคลึงกับที่กล่าวในข้างต้น

2.6. When the Finn RO cannot approve due to reasons outside of what is listed above

3.กรณีดังต่อไปนี้ Finn ROอาจชะลอการพิจารณาการรับสมัครไว้ก่อน จนกว่าปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นจะได้รับการแก้ไข

3.The Finn RO can withhold approval as long as any one of the following is true.

3.1. เมื่อไม่มีพื้นที่ว่างในระบบภายใน Finn RO หรือมีปัญหาทางเทคนิคเกิดขึ้น

3.1. The Finn RO does not have the capacity in the system or is experiencing technical issues

3.2. เมื่อเกิดอุปสรรคในการให้บริการ

3.2. There is an issue with the Service

3.3. เมื่อเป็นการยากที่จะอนุมัติการสมัครใช้บริการ เนื่องจากเหตุผลที่คล้ายคลึงกับที่กล่าวในข้างต้น

3.3. When the Finn RO cannot approve due to reasons outside of what is listed above

Member Account and Password

1. Finn ROให้บัญชีแก่สมาชิกในรูปแบบการผสมระหว่างตัวอักษร ตัวเลข หรืออักขระพิเศษที่สมาชิกเลือก เพื่อความปลอดภัยในการปกป้องข้อมูล และสนับสนุนคู่มือการใช้บริการสำหรับสมาชิก

1.The Finn RO grants an account to its Members with a combination of letters, numbers or special characters selected by the Member for the Member’s convenience, such as to protect the Member’s information and to instruct the use of the game services.

2. Finn ROจะดำเนินการจัดการในด้านต่างๆ เช่น การตรวจสอบว่าสมาชิกสามารถใช้บริการผ่านทางข้อมูลบัญชีได้หรือไม่

2.Based on the account information, the Finn RO manages Members including providing all available services.

3.สมาชิกต้องบริหารจัดการข้อมูลบัญชีของตนด้วยความรอบคอบ สมาชิกต้องรับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายต่างๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นเมื่อสมาชิกละเลยที่จะจัดการข้อมูลบัญชีของตน หรือยินยอมให้บุคคลที่ 3 เข้าใช้งาน

3.Members must exercise due diligence in managing their own account information. Members are liable for any damages incurred for the Member’s failure to manage his or her account information.

4.สมาชิกจะต้องรับผิดชอบในการจัดการรหัสผ่านของตัวเอง โดยสามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ตลอดเวลา อย่างไรก็ตาม หากมีการร้องขอโดย Finn RO สมาชิกจะต้องยืนยันตัวเอง หรือส่งเอกสารประจำตัวที่ Finn ROกำหนด

4.Members are responsible for managing their password. A Member is free to change his or her password for security reasons or concerns. However, if requested by the Finn RO, the Member must authenticate himself/herself or submit the identification document requested from the Finn RO.

5.สมาชิกควรเปลี่ยนรหัสผ่านเป็นประจำ Finn ROอาจกำหนดให้สมาชิกเปลี่ยนรหัสผ่าน เพื่อรักษาข้อมูลของสมาชิก เช่นข้อมูลบัญชี ฯลฯ จากเหตุผลด้านความปลอดภัยเร่งด่วน ซึ่งในกรณีนี้ สมาชิกจะต้องเปลี่ยนรหัสผ่านของบัญชีที่ถือครองในการเข้าถึงครั้งแรกหลังกำหนดวันที่ Finn ROได้มีการแจ้งแก่สมาชิก

5.Members are encouraged and reminded to change their password on a regular basis. Also, the Finn RO may require Members to change their password for security purposes, such as to protect account information or for urgent matters. Members must change the password at the first access after Finn RO’s request.

6.สมาชิกจะต้องแจ้งให้ Finn ROทราบถึงการเปลี่ยนแปลงใดๆ โดยแจ้ง Finn ROทางออนไลน์ หรือส่งอีเมล หรือวิธีอื่น ๆ ทั้งนี้ Finn ROจะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายใดๆ ที่เกิดจากการไม่แจ้งให้ทาง Finn ROรับทราบก่อนล่วงหน้า

6.Members must notify the Finn RO of any changes in the account information submitted to the Finn RO by online revision or e-mail, etc. The Finn RO shall not be liable for any disadvantage caused by incorrect information of which the Finn RO was not informed.

7.สมาชิกไม่สามารถขอเปลี่ยนแปลงบัญชีที่ได้รับการอนุมัติในช่วงระยะเวลาของการใช้บริการ อย่างไรก็ตาม สมาชิกมีหน้าที่ต้องปฏิบัติตามคำร้องขอของ Finn RO หาก Finn ROขอให้สมาชิกเปลี่ยนบัญชีด้วยเหตุผลดังต่อไปนี้

7.Members may not be required changes to the approved accounts during the game services use period. However, Members must take necessary action if asked by the Finn RO to change the account detail for the following reasons:

7.1.A situation where a change in account detail is required in order for the Finn RO to more services efficiently to its Member.

7.2.A situation where Finn RO’s game service and operations are integrated.

7.3.เพื่อเปลี่ยนแปลงบัญชีให้สอดคล้องตามกฎหมาย หรือนโยบายของ Finn RO

7.3.A situation where the account details need to be changed in accordance with relevant laws or corporate policies.

8.หากสมาชิกจำเป็นต้องให้ข้อมูลแก่ Finn ROตามเงื่อนไขการใช้บริการนี้ สมาชิกจะต้องให้ข้อมูลที่เป็นจริง โดยจะไม่ได้รับความคุ้มครองความเสียหายใดๆ ที่เกิดจากการแจ้งข้อมูลที่เป็นเท็จ

8.When asked to provide information to the Finn RO in accordance with the Terms of Service, the Member shall not provide any fraudulent information.

การคุ้มครองและการจัดการข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

Protection and Management of Personal Information

1. Finn ROมีความมุ่งหมายที่จะปกป้องข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของสมาชิก รวมทั้งข้อมูลบัญชี ให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายการจัดการข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและกฎหมายอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง

1.The Finn RO is committed to protecting your personal information to the standard set by relevant laws. Regarding the protection and use of Members’ personal information, the relevant laws and the Privacy Policy of the Finn RO shall apply.

2.นโยบายการจัดการข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของ Finn RO จะไม่มีผลบังคับใช้กับบุคคลที่ 3 ที่เกี่ยวข้องเชื่อมโยงกับเว็บไซต์ที่ให้บริการของแต่ละเกมและเว็บไซต์ทางการโดยผิวเผิน (ยกเว้นการให้บริการบางส่วนที่เป็นแบบส่วนตัว)

2.The Finn RO's Privacy Policy does not apply to links to third-party services in the official website and each game services, excluding certain services provided separately.

3. Finn ROจะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อข้อมูลใดๆ รวมถึงข้อมูลบัญชีของสมาชิกที่ถูกเปิดเผย โดยสาเหตุจากความผิดพลาดและประมาทเลินเล่อของสมาชิกเอง

3.The Finn RO is not liable for the leak of any information, including the Members’ account information, if it was caused by the Members’ negligence.

ยกเลิกสัญญาการใช้บริการ

Termination of the Terms of Service

1.สมาชิกสามารถยกเลิกสัญญาการใช้บริการได้ทุกเมื่อตามที่ต้องการผ่านขั้นตอนการยกเลิกการเป็นสมาชิก (ต่อไปนี้จะเรียกว่า "การยกเลิกเป็นสมาชิก")

1.Members can withdraw from the Use of Service Agreement at any time by terminating the following the account deletion process (hereinafter “Account Deletion”).

2.หากสมาชิกส่งคำขอการยกเลิกเป็นสมาชิก Finn ROจะดำเนินขั้นตอนการยืนยันเพื่อระบุตัวตน ซึ่งสมาชิกที่ผ่านการยืนยันตัวตนแล้ว Finn ROจะดำเนินการต่อเพื่อปิดการใช้งานตามกฎและข้อบังคับที่เกี่ยวข้อง

2.The Finn RO reserves the right to solicit the Member for identity confirmation when the Member applies for Account Deletion. The application will be processed accordingly following relevant processes and laws once the Member confirms their identity.

3.เมื่อสมาชิกยกเลิกสัญญาการใช้งาน ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของสมาชิกจะถูกลบออก เว้นแต่ Finn ROจะเก็บรักษาข้อมูลของสมาชิกตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยนโยบายการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และบทบัญญัติที่เกี่ยวข้อง

3.The Member’s personal information will be deleted excluding the information the Finn RO is required to store according to the Privacy Policy and relevant laws.

4. Finn ROสามารถห้ามไม่ให้สมาชิกทำการสมัครสมาชิกใหม่ภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด ในกรณีที่ Finn ROเห็นสมควร

4.The Finn RO reserves the right to reject any Members from re-registering for Services after Account Deletion if the Finn RO sees the need to do so.

5.ในกรณีที่สัญญาระหว่าง Finn ROกับสมาชิกสิ้นสุดลง สัญญาการใช้บริการเกมจะยุติลงด้วย และ Finn ROจะไม่รับผิดชอบในความเสียหายใดๆ อันเกิดจากการยุติการใช้งาน เช่น ปัญหาที่ไม่สามารถใช้งานได้ ไม่สามารถคืนเงินได้ ไม่สามารถกู้คืนได้ ฯลฯ ของทรัพย์สินทุกประเภทและข้อมูลเกมที่ยังเหลืออยู่ในบัญชี

5.Each of the game services will also be terminated once the Finn RO and Member’s Use of Service Agreement has been terminated. The Finn RO is not liable for the Member being restricted from the game services, unable to use the various currencies, game data, refund, withdraw, and various other drawbacks.

Termination and Deactivation of Membership

1. Finn ROให้ความสำคัญในการให้บริการที่มีเสถียรภาพ แต่ Finn ROอาจระงับการให้บริการทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วน ในกรณีที่มีเหตุผลตามสมควร เช่น การบำรุงรักษา, การเปลี่ยนอุปกรณ์, ความเสื่อมสภาพของอุปกรณ์ หรืออุบัติเหตุทางการสื่อสาร ของคอมพิวเตอร์, เซิร์ฟเวอร์ ฯลฯ

1.Although the Finn RO does its best to provide Services in a stable manner, it is necessary to discontinue all or part of the Services if there are substantial operational reasons such as maintenance inspection, replacement or failure of information and communication facilities, such as computers and servers, and communication disruptions.

2.หากมีความจำเป็นในการบริหารจัดการหรือการปรับปรุง Finn ROอาจแก้ไข, เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือสิ้นสุดการให้บริการทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วน ในกรณีที่มีการแก้ไข, เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือสิ้นสุดการให้บริการแบบไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายนั้น สมาชิกไม่สามารถเรียกร้องค่าชดเชยแยกต่างหากจาก Finn RO

2.On the other hand, the Finn RO can modify, change or terminate all or part of its service if there is a significant need to operate or improve its Services. No separate compensation will be made if any or all of the free Services are modified, changed, or terminated.

3.ในกรณีที่สามารถคาดการณ์ล่วงหน้า Finn ROจะประกาศให้ทราบล่วงหน้าผ่านทางเว็บไซต์ทางการ ยกเว้นในกรณีที่เป็นเหตุการณ์ไม่คาดคิดที่นอกเหนือการควบคุมของ Finn RO Finn ROอาจสิ้นสุดการให้บริการโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

3.In addition, if it is predictable, It will be notified in advance via the official website. If it is unpredictable or outside the Finn RO's control, the Services can be terminated immediately without prior notice.

Use of the Official Website Service

1."โพสต์" หมายถึง ข้อมูลทั้งหมดที่ประกอบด้วยตัวอักษร เอกสาร ภาพ เสียง รูปภาพ หรือสื่อผสมใดๆ ที่โพสต์ไว้ในเว็บไซต์ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการใช้บริการของสมาชิกที่ได้ยินยอมในเงื่อนไขฉบับนี้

1.Text, document, picture, voice, video, or any combination of these are called postings. Making postings is a Service available only to Members who have completed Membership by agreeing to these terms and conditions.

2.สมาชิกสามารถใช้บริการเว็บไซต์ โดยการโพสต์ความคิดเห็น, ข้อเสนอะแนะ หรือข้อมูลที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับหัวข้อที่ให้บริการในเว็บไซต์

การจัดการโพสต์

1..สมาชิกจะต้องรับผิดชอบต่อโพสต์ของสมาชิกเอง ต่อความรับผิดทางแพ่ง และทางอาญา ที่เกิดขึ้นจากการละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ และสิทธิ์ในทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา

1.The Member is responsible for any action that may arise from posting. If a Member is found on the basis of infringement on intellectual property, it may fall under civil or criminal law. If there are financial coverage involved, the user may be eligible to share that burden.

2. Finn ROให้ความสำคัญกับโพสต์ของสมาชิก และจะป้องกันอย่างเต็มที่เพื่อไม่ให้ถูกแก้ไข, ถูกปรับเปลี่ยน หรือถูกลบ แต่ในกรณีที่ Finn ROตรวจพบการกระทำที่ระบุไว้ใน “ตารางขั้นตอนระงับการโพสต์เนื้อหาที่ไม่เหมาะสมบนเว็บไซต์” ด้านล่างนี้ Finn ROจะดำเนินการลบหรือระงับการโพสต์/ความคิดเห็นที่เกี่ยวข้องทันที และ Finn ROจะไม่ดำเนินการใดๆ เกี่ยวกับโพสต์หรือความคิดเห็นที่ถูกลบ

2.The  Finn RO values the Member's postings and will make best effort to protect their postings from alteration, damage, or deletion. However, the  Finn RO may delete or move postings, or refuse to register postings that fall under any of the categories in the “Prohibited and Restricted Posting Table” without a prior notice, and the  Finn RO shall not be responsible nor take extra measures for the deleted postings and/or comments.

Trademark and Intellectual Property Right

1.ข้อมูลทั้งหมดในหน้าเว็บไซต์ทางการ รวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียง ตัวอักษร, เนื้อหาข้อมูล, กราฟฟิก, สัญลักษณ์ (logo), ปุ่มไอคอน, คลิปเสียง, คลิปวิดีโอ และลิงก์ จะถูกใช้งานตามการยินยอมการใช้งานของ Finn RO และได้รับการคุ้มครองโดยลิขสิทธิ์, เครื่องหมายการค้า และทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาอื่นๆ

1.The Finn RO owns all contents within the game and other intellectual property rights. This includes text, data, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, video clips and links, but not limited to all website materials are used in accordance with the ownership, control, license or permission from the Finn RO copyrights, trademarks and others, which are protected by intellectual property rights.

2.ข้อมูลการให้บริการทางเว็บไซต์ทางการจะถูกใช้เพื่อส่วนบุคคลหรือที่ไม่ใช่เชิงพาณิชย์เท่านั้น โดยไม่สามารถคัดลอก, ผลิตซ้ำ, โพสต์ซ้ำ, แก้ไข, อัพโหลด, โพสต์, ส่ง หรือแจกจ่ายผ่านอีเมลหรือผ่านระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ต่างๆ ในแต่ละกรณีจะมีการระบุความยินยอมล่วงหน้าเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรของ Finn RO

2.The content serviced on the website is for personal and non-commercial use. A Member must receive confirmation from the  Finn RO in order to copy, re-create, re-post, edit, upload, post, transfer or distribute any other content including for e-mail means.

3.สมาชิกสามารถใช้งานหรือบันทึกข้อมูลที่สามารถดาวน์โหลดผ่านเว็บไซต์ทางการ เพื่อเป็นการใช้งานสำหรับบุคคลหรือที่ไม่ใช่เชิงพาณิชย์เท่านั้น

3.A Member may only use, download or save the content serviced on the website for only personal or non-commercial use.

การชดเชยความเสียหาย

Damages

1.หาก Finn ROได้ก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายแก่สมาชิกโดยเจตนา หรือโดยประมาทอย่างร้ายแรง Finn ROจะรับผิดต่อความเสียหายนั้น

1.If the  Finn RO causes loss to Members intentionally or through gross negligence, the  Finn RO shall be liable for their damages.

2.หากสมาชิกก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายต่อ Finn RO โดยละเมิดเงื่อนไขการใช้บริการนี้ สมาชิกจะต้องรับผิดชอบในการชดเชยค่าเสียหายแก่ Finn ROด้วยเช่นกัน

2.If Member causes loss to the  Finn RO by violating the Terms of Service, the Member shall pay the damages to the  Finn RO.

Handling of Complaints and Disputes

1. Finn ROจะแนะนำวิธีแสดงความเห็น หรือข้อร้องเรียนของสมาชิกในเว็บไซต์ที่ให้บริการ โดย Finn ROจะมีหน่วยงานโดยเฉพาะ เพื่อรับฟังความคิดเห็น และข้อร้องเรียนของสมาชิก

1.The  Finn RO guides the website service on how to present the Members' opinions or complaints in consideration of the convenience of the Members. The  Finn RO operates a dedicated staff to handle the opinions or complaints of such Members.

2.ถ้าความคิดเห็น หรือคำร้องเรียนที่สมาชิกยื่นมาเป็นเรื่องที่สมเหตุผล Finn ROจะดำเนินการอย่างทันท่วงทีภายในระยะเวลาอันสมควร อย่างไรก็ตาม หากมีความจำเป็นทำให้การดำเนินการการล่าช้า Finn ROจะแจ้งให้สมาชิกทราบสาเหตุของกระบวนการ และขั้นตอนที่ล่าช้า ผ่านทางประกาศภายในเกม หรือแจ้งให้ทราบตามที่ระบุไว้ในหัวข้อ [ประกาศสำหรับสมาชิก] ของเงื่อนไขฉบับนี้

2.If the opinions or complaints raised by the Members are objectively recognized as legitimate, the  Finn RO shall promptly deal with them within a reasonable period. However, in the event of prolonged processing, the Members are to be notified of the reasons and schedule required for a long period of time in the game service or are to be notified in accordance with [Notice to Members] from this Terms of Service.

กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับและเขตอำนาจศาล

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1.เงื่อนไขการใช้บริการนี้จะอยู่ภายใต้และตีความตามกฎหมายของประเทศไทย

2.This Terms of Service and Use of Service Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Thailand.

2.ในกรณีที่เนื้อหาบางส่วนของเงื่อนไขฉบับนี้ถูกพิจารณาว่าไม่มีผลในทางกฎหมายตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคและบทบัญญัติกฎหมายอื่นๆ ที่สามารถบังคับใช้ก็ตาม เนื้อหาอื่นๆ ที่ไม่อยู่ในขอบข่ายดังกล่าวจะยังคงมีผลบังคับใช้อยู่

2.If some content of these Terms of Service is deemed ineffective in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and other relevant laws, the rest of the content will still be in effect.

3.ในกรณีที่มีการฟ้องร้องหรือข้อพิพาทเกิดขึ้นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเงื่อนไขฉบับนี้หรือเกี่ยวกับการสัญญาการใช้บริการ ศาลที่ตรงตามกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องจะเป็นศาลที่มีอำนาจตัดสิน

3.The court designated through the procedures of relevant laws and regulations will be the competent court for all disputes arising from or related to these Terms of Service and use of services.
